As Full-Time Sports Betting Concierge, you will report to the Sportsbook Manager and will play an integral role in supporting PointsBet's continued growth and success.

Accurately process a high quantity of small and large denomination client transactions including placing sports wagers.
Actively assist in the acquisition of PointsBet online mobile accounts including; approaching clients, upselling accounts, processing client information & verifying client accounts.
Answer any client questions relating to sports betting or the PointsBet mobile app.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Effectively handle guest concerns and appropriately escalate to supervisor when necessary.
Strict adherence to all policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned SKILLS WE SEEK Attention to detail providing superior customer service Must be 21
years old and able to obtain an Illinois Gaming License High School Diploma or GED Experience in gaming or relevant high volume cash handling Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with computers, specifically Windows OS Willingness to work a varied and flexible schedule consisting of nights, weekends & holidays Ability to perform well in a high pressure environment Sports betting knowledge WHAT WE OFFER This is a Full-time role scheduled up to 40 hours per week.
Pay is up to $18/hr with tips included.
