As a Sr.
Tax Manager, you will be playing a pivotal role in the finance industry, contributing to the strategic development of our firm's tax practice.
Your expertise in assurance, business advisory, and tax return planning will be instrumental in providing top-tier services to our clients.
This position offers a unique opportunity to engage in complex tax operations, develop innovative tax strategies, and manage a dynamic team of tax professionals.

Responsibilities:
1.
Manage the delivery of a full range of international tax services and advise on tax implications of international business initiatives, considering U.
S and international tax laws.
2.
Develop and implement strategic tax planning for clients, including managing, supervising, and reviewing the calculation of estimated tax payments.
3.
Review complex income tax returns, including Corporate, S-Corp.
, partnership, and individual clients.
4.
Assist with business development efforts, including meeting with prospective clients, developing proposals, and presenting at industry conferences.
5.
Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and potential areas of risk.
6.
Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and work with client management and staff at all levels to perform tax services.
7.
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, providing constructive feedback and fostering an innovative and inclusive team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications:
1.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
A Master's Degree in Taxation or a CPA certification is highly desirable.
2.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a public accounting firm or related experience.
3.
Comprehensive understanding of tax law/regulations.
4.
Proficiency in assurance, business advisory, and tax return planning.
5.
Exceptional client service along with the ability to develop excellent client relationships.
6.
Strong leadership and personnel management skills.
7.
Analytical skills with detail orientation.
8.
Excellent written communication.
