Knowledge of server stations, daily assignments, personnel timing patterns and maximum workload capacity.

Responds to guest dissatisfaction immediately and informs the manager of the action taken or refers to the manager for actions to take.

Answers telephone according to standards and provides information regarding the restaurant services.

Performs other tasks or projects as assigned by management.

Check bathroom, tidy, and replace toilet paper/paper towels (if needed) 11.
Accept and enter all pick-up orders from phone.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
