Responsibilities and Duties:
Research & enter Accounts Payable invoices into Great Plains Initiate ACH, wires and checks for approval Vendor invoice and Purchase Order Matching Daily Bank Reconciliation and Daily Cash Receipts Accounts Receivables and light collections Monthly Bank Statement Reconciliation Qualifications / Skills:
At least 3 years recent dedicated AP/AR responsibilities.
This is an AP-heavy role, and relevant AP experience will be viewed favorably Preferably, some level of college level accounting classes.
Not required if previous AP/AR experience replaces education Experience working within an Accounting software, preferably Great Plains Excellent time management and prioritization skills Ability to produce excellent results as an individual contributor or within a team environment Ability to work in our Oak Brook office 5 days per week, Monday-Friday, 8:
30am to 5pm Dedicated and Self-motivated Willingness to take initiative and produce results without constant supervision
