We have a fast paced, family friendly practice located in Mount Prospect and Villa Park, and we practice all aspects of Dentistry from cosmetic, restorative, pediatric dentistry, through periodontics, endodontics, orthodontics, and more.
We are looking to add someone to our staff that personable, self motivated, efficient, and able to help with our busy days and with the doctor's and patients needs.
Job duties include:
patient checking in/out and collecting necessary information or paperwork; phone calls for scheduling, questions, confirming, recalls; insurance verification; calculating patient portions and collecting payments; claim submissions and follow up; other dental office and administrative duties.
1
years experience with dental office and dental terminology is required.
Bilingual is a plus.
Our office has evening hours and weekend hours to accommodate for our working patients.
