The Bilitearcy Instructional Coach serves as a stable resource for Dual Language and ESL endorsed teachers and assures high quality implementation of sound instructional practices to meet the needs of English learners.
Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesKnowledge of:
Oral and written communication skills in Spanish and EnglishInterpersonal skills using tact, patience and courtesyBiliteracy Instruction; Dual Language; and ESL InstructionAbility to:
Communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Work collaboratively with all stakeholder teams, teachers, and administrators.
Establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
Analyze situations accurately and adopt an effective course of action.
Meet schedules and timelines.
Work independently with little direction.
Plan and organize work.
Maintain documentation related to assigned activities.
Qualifications Profile Illinois teaching and/or specialist area license and endorsement(s)ESL and bilingual endorsement or approvalA strong understanding and experience teaching using the biliteracy model is preferred.
Education Bachelors from an accredited college or university in education or related discipline applicable to teachingApplication Procedure:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
