Today, we are the largest family owned and operated commercial laundry in the Midwest, with multiple production facilities.
We are looking for a result oriented individual to join our team as an Administrative Clerk with responsibilities including:
Customer service reception, collecting and entering data, maintaining accurate records, spreadsheet and online form upkeep.
Responsibilities:
Data entry, and daily input of cash application for payment processing.
Research and obtaining information for incomplete data reconciliation.
Cash application input, and data management.
Scan documents, print files, and office file organization.
Customer service response, research queries for information and access relevant files.
Communicate with others in person, telephone, and/or email.
Requirements:
Proven data entry work experience, as a Data entry operator or Office clerk Experience with MS Office and data programs Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar, and punctuation Organization skills, with an ability to stay focused on assigned tasks.
High school diploma; additional computer training or certification a plus
