Leap Implementation Manager

Themain purpose of this role is to provide implementation support to GTIL memberfirms rolling out LEAP within their audit practice.
Therole will involve significant engagement with workstream leaders to understanddependencies, identifying critical issues and escalation; and will require themanager to clearly communicate progress against objectives for a variety ofstakeholders. This candidate will workclosely with the implementation leader, communication manager and PMO.
Maintaining the rollout schedule
Coordinating and hosting member firm discussions
Monitoring implementation readiness through memberfirm dashboards and developing and enhancing various implementation processes.
Bachelor'sdegree in accounting
Minimum offive years of experience in professional services
Self-motivatedand able to operate with limited supervision while also being able to work successfullywith others as part of a multi-discipline team.
Experiencewith Office 365 and its integrated toolsets, including Yammer, Teams,Sharepoint and Outlook
Greatattention to detail.
Strongorganizational skills.
Greatcommunication skills and ability to lead discussions with senior level leaders
Globalproject management experience in a professional services organisation is preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
