Position Summary: The Business Development Manager is responsible for development of Marketing and Channel Management Strategies aligned with PSG's objectives and goals. This role will work with the global sales teams to determine the most effective channel to go to market for the PSG Brands. The role will be the focal point for PSG's digital tools that are primarily focused to enable our distributors. These tools include CPQ, Distributor Portal, Ecommerce store and the Lead generation process.
The Senior Channel Manager will be part of the Global product marketing teams and will be accountable for driving PSG revenue in non-traditional channels globally. This will include defining the channels and products that will be sold in them as well as the process, people and structure needed across PSG to be successful.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine strategies on how to grow PSG ecommerce store. Including revenue objectives, fulfillment and pricing. Determine needs around alternative ecommerce channels.
Define and execute alternative distribution channels globally, by geography and brands.
Define and execute aftermarket strategy across PSG brands.
Growth Plans: Develop and execute short (annual) and long-term (5-years) growth strategies.
Profit and Loss (P&L): Maintain regular analysis of channel P&L to understand peaks and valleys and initiate actions to address any issues. Drive profitability via margin analysis.
Identify customer buying behaviors by channel and adjust marketing campaigns to optimize sales with partners or directly.
Global Channel Knowledge: Develop a library of alternative channels to market. Maintain current trends of industrial market and competitors.
Customer and Market Centricity: Maintain market focus by regular contact with customers, sales and marketing. This includes working closely with PSG Sales management to provide forums to interact with distributor organizations.
Works with Multi-Disciplines - Product Management, Sales, Business Development - to Develop Go to Market Strategy.
Negotiation with third parties to sell PSG products.
Lead standardization across all PSG brands for key distributor digital interfaces.
Lead the marketing strategy for PSG's CPQ product including roadmaps, voice of customer and user interface.
Manager the role out of a new lead generation process and modify as appropriate to meet the ongoing business needs.
Distributor Relationship: Build and maintain effective client relationships. Manage alternative channel execution with sales and distributors.

Qualifications / Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Marketing or related field, MBA or advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 10 years' experience in working with channels
Prior experience with industrial products, industrial channels and aftermarket products
Minimum of 5 years' experience Digital experience: ecommerce, catalog development, alternative digital channels
Up 25% travel as required

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
